Lamifa Papers helps two parents share the tasks that come from school. It has no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Photos and screenshots are read on your iPhone; only a small picture of each page is shared with the other parent.
What the app stores
- Your household: first names, emojis and colours of the parents and kids you add, and each kid's class, teacher and school.
- Tasks: what to do, the deadline, the kids concerned, who takes care of it, your note, and when it was done.
- Pictures of the original note: up to four small pictures per task, so the other parent can see it too.
- A secret token per iPhone, created when you start or join a household. Only its hash is stored.
- A notification token, if you allow notifications, so the other parent's changes reach you.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the service, its database and the pictures, in Western Europe.
- Apple delivers push notifications. It receives their text, never the rest of your tasks.
How long it is kept
- Done tasks, their pictures and the activity feed: 30 days.
- Everything else: until you remove it, or until the last iPhone leaves the household, which deletes the household.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, or deletion of, your household's data by writing to dev@eschults.org. Lamifa Papers is published by Edward Schults and is meant for parents, not children.
